OPEN SETTINGS

INVITE THE SPARK TEAM

  1. Visit Meta Business Suite ↗ and select the correct business portfolio.
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) near the bottom-left.
  3. Go to Users → People.
  4. Click Invite people at the top-right.
  5. Enter info@sparkmarketinghi.com and t.murayama808@gmail.com (separately if required), then click Next.

PERMISSIONS

GIVE ACCESS & ASSIGN ASSETS

  1. Under Give access, turn on Full Control for each invited person.
  2. Under Assign assets, select your Facebook Page and enable Full Control.
  3. Select your Ad Account and enable Full Control. If you do not have an ad account yet, skip this asset for now and follow the account creation steps below.
  4. Select your Instagram Account and enable Full Control.
  5. Send the invitations and follow any confirmation prompts. Repeat for the second person if necessary.

PAGE ACCESS

CONFIRM FACEBOOK PAGE PERMISSIONS

  1. From Settings, navigate to Business assets → Pages.
  2. Choose your business's Facebook Page and click Assign People.
  3. Find both Spark emails you just invited.
  4. For each person, scroll down and turn on Full Control, then save or confirm.

AD ACCOUNT ACCESS

CONFIRM AD ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS

  1. Navigate to Business assets → Ad Accounts.
  2. Choose your ad account and click Assign People.
  3. Find both invited Spark emails.
  4. For each person, scroll down, enable Full Control, and save or confirm.
DON'T HAVE AN AD ACCOUNT YET? +

No problem. Create an ad account first, then return to this step to assign access.

  1. In Meta Settings, navigate to Accounts → Ad Accounts (some layouts say Business assets → Ad Accounts).
  2. Click Add in the top-right.
  3. Select Create a new ad account.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete setup, then assign both invited Spark team members to the new account with the agreed permissions.

Once both invitations and assets are assigned, our team can verify access. Checking boxes here is for your own reference; it does not send or verify your Meta permissions.
